Cancellation Policy
The Siri Beauty Etiquette & Policies ⏰ Punctuality & Appointments Your time is precious—and so is ours. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 10+ minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling. New guests are invited to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete a consultation if needed. 💎 Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or rescheduling. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time when sufficient notice is provided. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. ❖ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—we understand. Kindly observe the following: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and may incur a 50–100% service charge. Repeat no-shows may be declined future bookings. 👁️ Lash Refill Policy To maintain the flawless look you love: Refills must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous visit. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal results. If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set will be required. 🧼 Health, Safety & Hygiene The wellbeing of our clients and staff is our highest priority Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness. Guests with eye infections, cold sores, or other contagious conditions will be kindly asked to rebook once fully recovered. 💖 Guests & Tranquility To maintain the serene atmosphere we’ve created: We respectfully request no children or additional guests in the treatment space. 💫 Client Satisfaction Your happiness is our signature. If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will gladly provide a complimentary fix or guidance where appropriate. 📸 Photography & Privacy We love showcasing our artistry. With your consent, we may take before & after photos for social media and portfolio use. Your privacy is always respected—let us know your preferences.
