Punctuality & Appointments
Your Time Is Precious — And So Is Ours
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time and be ready for their treatment at their scheduled appointment time.
Being “on time” means you are ready and on the treatment bed at your scheduled time — not arriving at our door at that time.
Please allow enough time for parking, entering the studio, using the bathroom if needed, and getting settled before your appointment begins.
Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in your treatment being shortened or your appointment being rescheduled. Your original appointment time cannot be extended, as this would affect the next client.
New clients: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any required consultation before your treatment.
We appreciate your respect for your appointment time, our team’s time, and the clients scheduled after you.
Deposits & Payments
Deposit & Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the payment link.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the appointment may be cancelled and the time released to another client.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred when genuinely rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. The deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
No-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Repeatedly booking, cancelling, and rebooking the same or similar appointment may be considered spam or a non-genuine booking. The Siri Beauty & Eyelashes reserves the right to cancel such bookings, forfeit the deposit, and decline future booking requests where there is reasonable concern that the booking is not genuine or is being used to avoid our policies.

Agreement to Our Policy
By paying your deposit and proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to The Siri Beauty & Eyelashes policies.
If you do not agree with our policies, you have the right not to book or proceed with an appointment with us.
Our policies apply consistently to all clients. Please do not ask or pressure our team members to make exceptions or act outside The Siri Beauty & Eyelashes policies.
These policies are in place to protect our clients, our team, appointment availability, and the fair and professional operation of our business.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand. However, our booking policy applies to all appointments.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to an appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 50–100% service charge.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked or secured.
Repeated late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows may result in future booking requests being declined.
Guests & Tranquility

Client Satisfaction

If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your service.
We will gladly provide a complimentary fix or guidance where appropriate.
Lash Refill Policy
To maintain the flawless look you love:
Refills must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous visit.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal results.
If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set will be required.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
The wellbeing of our clients and staff is our highest priority.
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness.
Guests with eye infections, cold sores, or other contagious conditions will be kindly asked to rebook once fully recovered.
Appointment Guests
To maintain a private, calm and professional treatment environment, only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment area.
Please do not bring friends, family members, partners or children to your appointment.
If you arrive with another person and alternative arrangements cannot be made, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

Change of Policy
The Siri Beauty & Eyelashes reserves the right to update or amend this Salon Policy when necessary. Any changes will take effect once published on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current policy before booking an appointment.
