Punctuality & Appointments
Your time is precious—and so is ours.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving 10+ minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling.
New guests are invited to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete a consultation if needed.
Deposits & Payments
To reserve your appointment, no deposit is required.
This deposit will be required only if you have a bad credit history, such as a no-show, late notice, or being more than 15 minutes over schedule. A non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your final balance.
Remaining payment is due at the time of service. We accept card and cash.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens we understand. Kindly observe the following:
24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a deposit for next appointment and may incur a 50–100% service charge.
Repeat no-shows may be declined future bookings.
Guests & Tranquility

We respectfully request no children or additional guests in the treatment space.

If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your service.
We will gladly provide a complimentary fix or guidance where appropriate.
Lash Refill Policy
To maintain the flawless look you love:
Refills must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous visit.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal results.
If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set will be required.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
The wellbeing of our clients and staff is our highest priority.
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness.
Guests with eye infections, cold sores, or other contagious conditions will be kindly asked to rebook once fully recovered.
